Spiritual Coaching FAQ

What is spiritual coaching?

A 1:1 partnership focused on connecting you to purpose, presence, and your own inner authority — using meditation, breathwork, shadow work, journaling and grounded inquiry.

How is it different from therapy?

Therapy is clinical and often past-focused. Coaching is non-clinical, present-and-future focused, and built around practices, perspective, and action. We work well alongside a therapist.

Do I need to be religious — or spiritual?

No. We're non-denominational. We meet you where you are, whether that's devout, deconstructing, agnostic, or just curious.

Can we work online?

Yes. In-person in Las Vegas, NV and online worldwide via secure video.

How long do clients usually work with you?

Most engagements run 3–6 months so practices, identity and behavior have time to actually change. We'll design the right cadence on your discovery call.
