The Integration Process
1. Preparation
Clarify intention, work with fear, design set & setting, and build the nervous-system capacity to receive what the medicine wants to show you.
2. Processing
Unpack what arose — visions, emotions, body sensations, archetypes — using somatic inquiry, journaling, and parts work.
3. Meaning-Making
Translate insight into language and narrative. What is this experience actually asking of your life?
4. Embodiment
Redesign daily life: practices, relationships, work, boundaries. Where the journey becomes who you are.

What is psychedelic integration?
Integration is everything that happens before and after the journey itself — preparation, processing, meaning-making and embodiment. It's the difference between a powerful weekend and a changed life.
Do you provide or recommend substances?
No. Lions and Lightning does not provide, administer, or recommend any illegal substances. Integration coaching supports the experiences you've already had or will have through legal and appropriate channels.
Do I need to be in Las Vegas?
No. We work in person in Las Vegas, NV and virtually worldwide via secure video. Many integration clients are fully remote.
Is this legal? Is it confidential?
Integration coaching is fully legal — we help you process experiences, not produce them. Every session is held in a strict confidentiality container.
When should I start?
Ideally within the first 2–6 weeks after a journey, but it's never too late. Many clients also engage us before a journey for preparation.
What if my experience was destabilizing or scary?
Those are the journeys most in need of skilled integration. We work somatically, slowly, and trauma-aware to help you metabolize what happened.
